(1) What is the HSK?
HSK is a Chinese Proficiency Test, an international standardized Chinese language test to measure the ability of non-native Chinese speakers to communicate in Chinese in daily lives, academic and working settings.
HSK comprises of 6 levels from HSK-Level 1 – HSK-Level 6.

(2) What is the YCT?

YCT is an international standardized Chinese language test which is directed at examining non-native primary and secondary school students’ ability to apply Chinese language in their studies and daily lives.

(3) Why register for the test?

The objective of the test is to assess the Chinese language proficiency of non-native speakers of Chinese.

(4) Who are eligible for the test?

Non-native Chinese speakers and also Chinese Malaysians.

(5) Test Schedule and Venue?

Examination may be held in the KUNKWAN centre and please refer to our updated schedule.

(6) Fees and payment mode?

Current available payment mode is cash and cheque. (Payable to KUNKWAN SDN BHD)

(9) How can I apply for the HSK examination?

There are two types of application mode:
(A) Visit the HSK Test Centre (KUNKWAN SDN BHD BLOK E-02-01 to E-02-07, Jalan Harmonium 24/2, Taman Desa Tebrau, 81100 Johor Bahru, Johor Malaysia.). Please bring along your personal identification (passport/ IC), photo and fill up the application form with the payment.

(B) Email to hsk@kunkwan.com to get a copy of application form from us, and then mail it together with your photo and cheque to HSK Centre JOHOR BAHRU JOHOR MALAYSIA. Cheque payable to KUNKWAN SDN BHD.

(10) What is the nature of the HSK certificate?

HSK evaluates a full perspective of Chinese language (which includes listening, speaking, reading and writing).

(11) Can I cancel my application after payment has been made?
